Multi-layer composite double-modification special noodles bowl cover films |

The present products are developed successfully by Changhai Group.
The cover films can be used as the covers for three kinds of new noodles bowls, i.e. special PP noodles bowls, low-board noodles bowls and special pulp plastic noodles bowls. Aiming at the disadvantages of three-layer adhesive agent composite products, we carry out technical innovation on product structure, thermo-sealing material, composite process and printing process. Non-adhesive agent (solvent) extrusion laminate has solved the problem of five-layer composite structure of paper, aluminum and plastic and the technical difficulties of blend and co-polymerization of thermo-sealing materials. It makes these special noodles cover films obtain excellent barrier property and degradability and be adapted for different noodles bowls' thermo-sealing requirements. The products have been cognized as the provincial high-tech new products and the new products of state level. The products have been patented and obtained the honor of Excellent Product Golden Award of the 11th National ”°Spark Cup”± Creation and Invention Contest and the Golden Award of International Invention given by World Inventors International Association. In 2001, the products were recommended by US-EEC as green technology (product) for promotion.
