1、BOPP
This kind of products are made by Changsheng.
1. printing film: combined with LDPE, CPP, and Aluminum foil to apply for package of candy, snack, wash powder, tea and hardwares. Or used on flowers package.
2. sack film: applied for package of textile, greeting cards, and gifts.
3. paper lamination film: laminated on paper, board for cover of books and magazines, introduction, box and menu, map, shopping bag.
4. gummed tape base film:
5. hot stamping film: used for package of biscuit, candy, cake, chocolate and tea, pharmacy.
6. Matt film: It' s like paper and with luxurious bright, applied for food, wines, costume, cosmetics and pharmacy. Cover on the books, magazines and brochures.
7. metalizing base film: That is also called vacuum aluminumplate base film. It can be used for package of gifts, flowers, coffee, potato chips, cakes and biscuits, as well as for decoration.

2、Aluminized films
(1) VMCPP has rather good stiffness, metalized appearance, low-temperature thermo-sealing property and a better barrier property than that of CPP. It is widely applicable for inner layers of composite food packaging, such as the packaging for crackers, fast-noodles, chocolate and puffed food. Our VMCPP products have the advantages of low thermo-sealing temperature, good intensity and toughness, strong and even aluminum adhesion, no plating lack and good barrier properties. There are many brands for the clients having different needs.

(2) PET aluminum-plated films
Because VMPET has good intension and stiffness, excellent aluminum adhesion, good air and light barrier property, cold resistance, thermal stability, puncture tolerance and beautiful metalized appearance, it is widely used for packaging candies, crackers, milk powder, tea, medicine, shampoos, jelly, top-grade cigarettes and distilled spirit. Its metalized appearance is utilized for decoration films, such as texture decoration, Christmas flowers and bronzing accouterment. It is used as protective films and waterproof and moistureproof films. After treatment, it can be used for bronzing and printing.

(3) PE aluminum-plated films
VMPE has good thermo-sealing property, good barrier property, metalized appearance, softness and good toughness. It is applicable for food packaging, protective films, temperature retaining films and moistureproof films.

3、BOPP/VMCPP packaging material
This product is developed successfully by Changhai Group.

BOPP/VMCPP is a new packaging material used for food packaging, mainly for meeting special needs of different food packaging to ensure the guarantee period of food.
This product has changed former extruding BOPP to compounding PP to dry layer-pressing to compounding VMPCC. It has improved the packaging materials obviously in physical properties. Especially, the barrier property to oxygen and vapour has been improved greatly and the guarantee period of packaged food could be extended. By process innovation, BOPP/VMCPP packaging material uses aliphatic series adhesive agents as a change and uses low solvent compounding process. In printing, the printing ink is replaced by benzene-free solvent printing ink so that we ensure the packaging material is clean and safe.
This product received positive comments since its trial sales. In 2001, it was listed into key new products plan of national level. In August of 2001, it was certificated as high-tech product of Zhejiang province. In 2002, it was listed into the torch project of national level.

4、Printing ink
This product is produced by Changning Company.

1. BOPP inner printing composite printing ink

(1) BOPP interior extrusion laminate printing ink: applicable for plastic light packaging PP, PE and extrusion laminate.

(2) BOPP interior dry compounding printing ink: applicable for plastic light packaging compounding and AC agent (polyurethane glue type) extrusion laminate.

(3) BOPP interior transparent printing ink: applicable for compounding BOPP interior printing and aluminum-plated film. It is not applicable for compounding with aluminum foil.

2. Polyurethane steaming & boiling printing ink: applicable for the printing and compounding of PE, PET and NY, as well as applicable for printing and compounding of BOPP. It has excellent steaming & boiling resistance.

3. Outward printing ink: polyamide outward printing ink is applicable for surface and interior printing of PE and PP. According to the needs, it is possible to produce high slippery outward printing ink.

4. Transparent printing ink: applicable for outward printing of PVC aluminum-plated films. It has wonderful gloss and is applicable for candy paper packaging.

5. PVC printing ink: applicable for interior printing of PVC.
